Description Influencing factors is context-specific and can impact the enhancement of the knowledge management in construction organization. This study examines the possible effect of influential factors in respect to management, leadership, strategy and planning, culture, organization information and rules/regulations with their relationship with the knowledge management. The study was carried out on project managers in construction organizations in Nigeria using a stratified random sample of 285 different designations. A hypothesized model of KM process and influencing factors was tested using structural equation modeling approach (observed variable), and a proposed model was therefore developed. Analysis of the five constructs of strategy, managerial leadership, culture, organization information and rules/regulations with their reliability and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient of 0.92, 0.75, 0.82, 0.80 and 0.71 respectively. All the factor loadings were significant, but the culture was weak significant leading to a frugal model achievement. The study serves as a guide to knowledge managers for the construction organization and intensified pensiveness of the outshining role of influential factors in the effective knowledge management in the construction organization.
