Description This study treats high-tech industry as subject and probes into effects of organizational learning and leadership style on e-commerce application degree and correlation between e-commerce application degree and operating performance. According to research findings, when e-commerce application degree is higher, it is more likely to positively and significantly influence operating performance. Organizational learning enhances practice of e-commerce. Higher involvement of leadership style significantly and positively influences e-commerce application degree. High-tech firms can reinforce operating performance by application of e-commerce, emphasis of organizational learning and increase of leadership style.
