<p><strong> </strong>In India Indian constitution is supreme and it is the law of the land. Article 19(1)(g) of the constitution guarantees to all citizen the right to practice any profession or to carry on any occupation trade or business. But the freedom given to the citizen is not uncontrolled some reasonable restrictions have been imposed on it in the interest of general public and these reasonable restrictions are nothing but standard ethics for business management.
