The material considers the main activity of which society expects more results, but because it is not known well, the project realization at this stage does not show high efficiency. In the focus of the material is the project-control activity. The purpose of its development is to reveal the difference from ordinary control features. The tasks, that the target determines, are purposed to the appearance of individual factors in the process of project-control activity and finding the basis of their detailed analysis and management. The disclosure of specific details enables the “project control” to be viewed in a new and more critical way; and to think more in-depth and more strategic for the activity that it materializes.
