Description At present, security in all its forms is one of the most important conditions for peace fruitful work of the world community. It has forms of manifestations in various spheres of public activity. In existing permanent tension between the great powers was unquestionable role of imbalances in economic relations between them and she continues to create and naturally always creates such tension, which is straining international security. It is natural to assume that the two phenomena – security and imbalances in international economic relations – there exists a direct link and reciprocal dependence – the more powerful in scope are the economic imbalances, the greater is the manifestation of uncertainty and vice versa. In general, economic imbalances have multilateral impact on uncertainty. Typically firstly occurs economic uncertainties. International security requires elimination or reduction of imbalances in international economic relations as a destabilizing factor security.
