Description Today, organizational knowledge is one of the most important capitals of organization and its optimal management promotes full improvement of organizations. Knowledge management is a strong tool to achieve competitive advantage. According to the experience, its application in organizational environment is of great benefits. The important point before implementation of knowledge management project is identification of causal relations of effective tools in successful implementation of knowledge management. Thus, the present study aimed to identify causal relations in successful implementation of knowledge management in Central bank of The Islamic Republic of Iran with multi-criteria decision making approach and the existing dependencies among the factors are achieved by DEMATEL method (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation). By MATLAB software, the interacting factors were analyzed. In execution stage, after review of literature based on Hong et al., 10 factors were identified. Results showed that the most effective empowerment factor of employees is evaluation of performance, employees training, team work, infrastructures and modeling and they were the cause factors, based on importance and top management commitment factors, participation, organizational culture and knowledge structure were effect factors in implementation of knowledge management success.
