This research study looks at the factors affecting behavioral intentions in hospitality industry of Pakistan. For this study, 150 customers from different hospitality industry were asked questions about commitment, service quality and trust, and behavioral intentions. When the surveys were completed and returned, the data was entered into SPSS for analysis. Several tests were run on the data, and it presented significant findings. The findings show that all variables like commitment, service quality and trust and behavioral intentions have mutually relationship with each other. Regression analysis shows that their commitment, service quality and trust have positive and significant relationship with behavioral intentions.
