Multidimensional performance evaluation models are models that evaluate the overall performance of a business, jointly address the financial and non-financial data of a business, and have a unifying feature. For this reason, in recent years, such performance evaluation models have started to be used a lot more by businesses. However, there is no application regarding the use of one of these models, the performance prism model, in our country. The main purpose of this study is to give conceptual information about the performance prism and to make evaluations for the application of the model. For this purpose, an application study for the stakeholder satisfaction dimension, which is the first dimension of the model in a financial leasing company, was conducted and its results were included.
