Here the stages of formation of mutual relations with Union of Europe are revealed. The author attempts to bring to light political aspects of relations between Azerbaijan and Union of Europe. He also wants to reveal the true interests of Union of Europe in Azerbaijan. The question that Azerbaijan plays in policy of energetic security in Europe is raised.
