Description Employees’ attitude to work environment is of great importance in increasing the efficiency of organizations activity namely regarding the hospital employees under the pressure of mental conditions and the shortage of human and physical resources. The present study aimed to evaluate the attitude of hospital employees to the physical and mental conditions of work place. The study was field-research applied design. Due to the finite number of the statistical population, sampling was not used and the researcher-built questionnaire was distributed among all employees of Shahid Beheshti hospital of Zanjan city in Iran. In this study, descriptive and inference statistics methods are used for results analysis. In this paper, it is assumed that there is a significant association between good environmental factors and job attitude of the employees. The results showed that mental conditions of work place (79.6%) had more significance than physical conditions of work place (74.09%). As the hospital employees work in a stressful environment and are exposed to the requests of patients, their relatives, Physicians and other co-workers, some recommendations are presented to improve their attitude to the physical and mental conditions of work place.
