Description 21th century has brought many risks for organizations. Many organizations have been removed from market because of lack of competitiveness. The studies performed in this field indicate that increase in organization`s competitiveness is a function of four fundamental variables: entrepreneurship, organizational learning, innovation and market orientation. Entrepreneurship is the most important factor in competitiveness. The present study is designed to review the importance of entrepreneurship in organization`s competitiveness. To do so, a number of 35 top managers of companies working in food industry have been selected, and required data are gathered through interview. Entropy and content analysis methods have been used to analyze data. The results indicate that entrepreneurship as the main factor in development of competitive culture; have not been considered significantly in companies under review.
