This article analyzes the effectiveness of investment programs in transport infrastructure in the State of Goiás that, due to its geographical location, tends to directly impact the development of the country. Planning investments in road, air and rail infrastructure in this region during the period 2006 to 2014 are highlighted. It presents data obtained from the Portal of the State of Goiás Transparency, the Secretary of State Management and Planning in Goiás, the Brazil Portal – Investment and Logistics Program, and the Mauro Borges Institute. Among its most relevant results, the article shows the existence of failures in budget execution capacity, which jeopardizes the realization of investments in logistics infrastructure and reflects negatively on the national development.JEL-Code | O18; P25; R42.
Este artículo analiza la eficacia de los programas de inversión en infraestructuras de transporte del estado de Goiás que, debido a su ubicación geográfica, tiende a afectar directamente el desarrollo del país. Destacan las inversiones de planificación en la infraestructura vial, aéreo y ferroviario en esta región durante el período 2006 a 2014. Se presentan los datos obtenidos en el Portal de la Transparencia del Estado de Goiás, Secretario de Estado de Planificación y Gestión de Goiás, Brasil Portal – Programa la Inversión y el Instituto de Logística Mauro Borges. Por último, pone de manifiesto defectos en la capacidad de ejecución del presupuesto, comprometer, una mayor inversión en infraestructura logística refleja en el desarrollo nacional.Código JEL | O18; P25; R42. Neste artigo é analisada a efetividade dos programas de investimento em infraestrutura de transporte do Estado de Goiás que, devido à localização geográfica, tende a impactar diretamente no desenvolvimento socioeconômico do país. Em especial, são destacados os planejamentos em investimentos na infraestrutura rodoviária, aérea e ferroviária durante o período de 2006 a 2014. Os dados foram coletados junto ao Portal da Transparência do Estado de Goiás, à Secretaria de Estado de Gestão e Planejamento de Goiás, ao Portal Brasil – Programa de Investimento em Logística, e ao Instituto Mauro Borges. Entre seus mais importantes resultados, o artigo mostra a existência de falhas na capacidade de execução orçamentária, que vêm comprometendo o aumento de investimentos em infraestrutura logística, com reflexos inequívocos sobre o desenvolvimento nacional.Código JEL | O18; P25; R42. |
