If one focuses on the acts of successful leaders in South Africa, USA, UK or even Punjab; one can clearly see the presence of branding and marketing tactics, which can be natural in some cases and professionally managed in others. This paper focuses on exploring the major factors behind human brand formation of political leaders; and suggesting the techniques of making human brand a success. Based on review of related literature and analysis of the primary data, the study brings out important factors that can lead to the success of political leaders.
