Summary, etc.
The article presents legal regulations concerning the socioeconomic model from the perspective of the Republic of Poland’s and other countries’ constitutions. By definition, state constitutions are to specify regulations of the socioeconomic systems and they do so in a similar way. However, there is no single universal model for the free-market economy. The Republic of Poland’s Constitution, in its Article 20, refers to the Polish economic system in terms of the social market economy. This implies a market economy combining the elements of economic liberalism with those of welfare state.
