It also studies about their work-life balance. Discussions were held and Questionnaire was used to study about the problems faced by women. Responses were collected from 60 women, analysed and the current situation is depicted. Women face problems at home (doing daily duties, helping children, treatment at home equal to spouse, independence in spending money, etc.) and work place (based on gender on appointment, pay, promotion, leave availing, etc.). They also have problems in balancing work and family life. Organization pays less attention in providing programs and policies in favour of women to help them balance their work and family life.  The results of this study can help in developing a considerate working atmosphere for women in work place.
