Description |
Children are often said to be the ‘future’ of the country. The childhood is the most important period in which thebehavior can be easily moulded. Children learn and develop skills by interacting, observing and experiencing theworld around them. The environment associated with the child influences the child behaviour. Earlier child behaviorwas mainly influenced by the family and the school. Recently television is one of the most prevalent media influencingthe children lives as a baby sitter, companion and an important agent of socialisation. The study focuses on thechildren’s behavioural modification on viewing television. Factor analysis was used as a tool for analyzing. Theappropriate chi-square value exhibited that there is significance at 1% level.
