Description The study was basically intended to see the level of motivation and employees employer trust among the two different divisions of airport employees. Attempts were made to compare the employees of two different divisions the two variables. The study was conducted on two hundred employees with 100 each from air side operation and air traffic control. Two different tools were used one each for the measurement of employees motivation and employees employer trust. The results showed that there were significant differences between the employees of two different divisions on the motivation and trust both. Besides that employees motivation was found directly related their trust with the employer.

The study was conducted on 200 employees drawn from the two different divisions (Airside operations and air traffic control) of Indira Gandhi International airport, New Delhi. One hundred employees were taken from each division randomly.
