Description This study evaluated the relationship between socio-demographic profile with occupational stress and its dimensions of working women. The present study is entitled “Occupational Stress of Working Women” where the purpose of the study has been to know the pressure and stress a woman undergoes to meet the demands of family and working life problems faced by them in different sectors like State and Central Government, NGO, Banking and Industries of Hubli-Dharwad corporation area through selection of variables both independent and dependent.The results have shown interesting phenomena through the prism of analysis. Data were evaluated by multivariate and univariate analysis of correlation. It was found that the job outside home entails lot of dual responsibility to a woman. Still plenty remains to be seen through to keep a woman happy and satisfied. The findings show that there is a significant influence of occupational stress and its dimensions on working women.
