Description This article outlines the various forms of administrative appeal in Belgium. Furthermore, the administrative appeals regarding the adjudication or refusal of a building permit, the openness of administration, the income tax and the suspension of an unemployment benefits are examined. In each case an inventory of legal norms is made, the case law analysed and the national literature on the topic reviewed.
