A good strategic management tries to incorporate intuitive judgments and scientific analysis since strategic management is not an exact science and much more intuitive judgments involved. We should not forget that the prosperity and survival of many of today's successful organizations is due to elite managers, intelligent and inspiring. The right strategy must be chosen in the use of information technology. There have been always challenges in the way of managers and decision makers so it is necessary to know them in order to overcome these challenges.
