Description |
OJT (On-the-job Training) plays an important role in human resource development because it is the basic for the intra-company training. This paper takes the work of a cashier at supermarket as an example and proposes a model for effective OJT within the framework of the learning theory. The model for the training on customer service and machine operation has been constructed in my previous paper. In this study, the model construction for the effective training on response to customers’ complaints is discussed. After the middle of the training process, how to deal with customers with complaints has become a vital training task and the smooth solution to the problem heavily relies on the reciprocal interaction among the employees. It is discovered from the investigation that employees need to communicate with their superiors in order to make the best decision on the situation.
