Description Export can play a vital role in contributing to a nation’s economic wealth. Thereforein order to develop and increase export performance the assessment of thedeterminants of export performance is an important step toward achievingsustainable economic growth of not only a nation but also a province such as Dong Nai. In addition, the research results showed that there were 500farmers related to pepper produce interviewed and answered nearly 16 questions. The researcher had analyzed KMO test, the result of KMO analysis used for multiple regression analysis. Farmers’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale. Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among farmers related to pepper production. This paper conducted during the period from December 2015 to June 2016. In addition,the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results showed that there were four factors, which included of factors following Human resources (H), Marketing activities (M), Technology (T) andProduct quality (P) affectingthe pepper export performance of Dong Nai province with significance level five percent. In addition, the research result processed from SPSS 20.0 software. At the same time, the result was also a scientific evidence and important for researchers, and policy makers who apply them for improving policy on pepper export development in the future.
