Description The aim of this Paper is to analyze the potential role of small business to small business consulting inRomania’s emerging market.  Evidence suggests that the emerging marketplace is expanding as the number and variety of start-up companies grows. These companies face growing challenges, including lack of business acumen and a highly competitive global marketplace, and would benefit from cost-effective and focused consulting services; small business consulting firms are best suited to operate on this scale. The context of this paper, therefore, is the postulation of an innovative change in business consulting services whereby small companies provide expert consulting services to small companies. The main methods of this investigation include an extensive literature review and original evidence. Specifically, this paper will:Describe the market landscape inRomaniavis-à-vis small and emerging businessesAssess the potential of SB2SB consulting services inRomaniausing Porter’s 5-Forces modelIdentify key aspects of the SB2SB relationship with lessons learned from Prevailance, Inc.
