Description The purpose of this article is to clarify the notions regarding the Presidential Administration in Romania. We shall try to emphasize the difference between the political communication and the public communication of the Presidential Administration. Along with the two objectives that have already been mentioned, we shall also attempt to make a presentation of the Communication Department of the Presidential Administration, as well as of the means through which the President expresses his/her ideas.
