Communities mustsatisfy not only the claims of their citizens or othergroups such as public interest defenders, businesscommunity in the area, services and productscompanies that work for community etc.; in theprocess of decision making it is necessary toknow the expectancies and preoccupations of thedifferent interested parties as well as to determinewhether and how they will have any influence instrategic decisions on the long run. These issuesgenerate new aspects in the large field of urbanregulations and urban law.
