With the development of the information society and knowledge economy it is crucial to apply the innovative methods of teaching while learning life long so that the human resources remain competitive. This article deals with the topic of life long learning; the system of innovative teaching methods (such as simulation teaching, e-teaching, distance teaching), which includes the use of information technologies, is also identified in this article. The system of the forms of life-long learning such as independent learning, team learning, learning organization and learning society is also described here. A system of the innovative method application has been prepared during the research. The findings of the research are relevant for the preparation of life long learning strategies and programmes.
Kad žmogiškieji ištekliai išliktų konkurencingi formuojantis informacinei visuomenei ir žinių ekonomikai, aktualu taikyti inovatyviuosius mokymo formas ir metodus. Šiame straipsnyje pateikiama inovatyviųjų mokymo metodų, panaudojant informacines technologijas, sistema: imitacinis mokymas, e. mokymas, nuotolinis mokymas. Aptariama mokymosi visą gyvenimą formų sistema: savarankiškas mokymasis, komandinis mokymasis, besimokanti organizacija, besimokanti visuomenė. Tyrimo metu parengta inovatyviųjų mokymo metodų taikymo sistema. Nustatytos inovatyviųjų mokymo formų perspektyvos. Tyrimo rezultatai aktualūs rengiant mokymosi visą gyvenimą strategijas ir programas. |
