Description  The objectives of this research are to find out the effect of variable mediation of intrinsic motivation on Islamiic work ethic and the job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The population of this research are 360 employees of PT Pisma Putra Tekstil Pekalongan using Proportionate Random Sampling. The method of collecting data employs questionnaires used Likert scale. The analysis applies partial test and path analysis using SPSS. The result indicates that there is a positive and significant effect of Islamiic work ethic on organizational commitment. It also indicates that there is a positive effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. Intrinsic motivation truthfully proved that it can mediate the relation between Islamiic work ethic and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This research concludes that intrinsic motivation is really important for the rising of organizational commitment. Islamiic work ethic significantly affects the intrinsic motivation toward the organizational commitment, and job satisfaction significantly affects the intrinsic motivation toward organizational commitment that could be affected by any factor such as applying Islamiic work ethic and employees’ job satisfaction.
