The development of models to predict the needs of the workforce is imperative for closer linking policy on the labor market with periodicity in the dynamics of the economy. The focus is on the flexibility of labor market and opportunities through its increase to strengthen the mobility and adaptability of the workforce to dynamically evolving labor demand.Key words: labor market, employment, unemployment, demand, workforce
