Description Education is the power and synonym with the development in many perspectives in many contexts. Business and Corporate needs technologies and engineering solutions and here educational institutions and programs play an important and valuable role. In developing countries fostering new academic programs and research means economical and social development. Information Technologies and computing, management science play a wonderful role for solid business solutions. And solid business solutions would result improved business outcome and thus here education play an important role and economical development become final word. It is a fact that in many developing countries, there is a gap between industrial requirement and availability of emerging educational programs such as Cloud Computing, Green Computing, Data Science, Internet of Things (IoT), Business Analytics and so on. In the Countries like China, India, Brazil, South Africa etc these programs are very much limited. These programs have potentialities to offer as Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral Degrees in academic and with industrial environment and context. This paper is proposed these programs with proper SWOT analysis in the perspectives of developing countries.
