Description There is a very actual question for many firms and their managers becoming more and more important: “Which kind of customers have we got?” It means such activities as the solving of problems connected with e.g. the customer effectiveness, his credit score, or the customer portfolio. It is a business philosophy to manage the firm not as a sum of products and services, but as a customer portfolio, and successful managers are nowadays adopting this philosophy.
