Description |
There has been an enormous increase in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities during the last decades. Many of these alliances have succeeded. However, some have not. Researchers have been answering the question of “what” like financial difficulties, debt, receivable ratio and many other symptoms to explain the reason of failure. Unfortunately, the question of “how” which is the integration process has been ignored. The process of integration which includes human factor can not be omitted as nothing can be done effectively without them. In this research, the “human factor” is analysed in order to explain its importance in the integration process.
