Description In this study, we present some long time educational evaluation aggregation methods for input in each period, and then we show that the recursive OWA operator with consistent andness degree can be a reasonable method. We also review some necessary facts to support the reasonability and feasibility of those methods proposed in this paper. Furthermore, by using the smoothing method, we propose the recursive OWA moving average method with smoothing for obtaining a comprehensive evaluation result in education. In each minor stage in the long time process, we show that the proposed methods can remain the preference of decision maker unchanged consistently.
