Description The objective of this research was to study the influence of dean’s transformational leadership behavior and perceived organizational support on lecturers’ research performance of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University. The data was collected from 105 lecturers of Ubon Ratchathani Rajabhat University by using questionnaires. In addition, the hypotheses were tested by using the Path Analysis technique. The findings have shown that 1) the dean’s transformational leadership behavior has a significantly positive indirect effect on lecturers’ research performance through perceived organizational compensation and benefits support, 2) the dean’s transformational leadership behavior has a significantly positive indirect effect on lecturers’ research performance through perceived organizational stability of work support, and 3) the dean’s transformational leadership behavior has a significantly negative indirect effect on lecturers’ research performance through perceived organizational knowledge about work and growth support.
