This research aims to study the relationship between leadership, knowledge sharing, teamwork and performance of the OTOP group. Case study of SANOOK provinces group included Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan. Populations are members of OTOP members 11,469 people from 380 groups to calculate sample size formula of Taro Yamane sample is 390. The multi-stage sampling method is used for sampling. Research tool used was a questionnaire. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient and path analysis.The results showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership, knowledge sharing and teamwork at a high level. Transformational leadership has a direct correlation with performance of the OTOP group as statistically significant at the 0.01 level, for the regression coefficient is equal to 0.441. Transformational leadership and transactional leadership are directly related to the knowledge sharing and teamwork. While knowledge sharing and team work are not related to the performance of OTOP groups as statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
