Description The objective of the study is to find out the correlation between parameters affecting the undergraduate  engineering  education  with  respect  to  faculty  perspective  in  a  private technical institution in NCR, Haryana. The research is a descriptive type of re search in nature. Data have been collected with the help of Questionnaire Based Survey. The sample size for the study is 180 comprising of the faculty respondents. The sample has been taken on the random (Probability) basis and the questionnaire was filled by the faculty (teaching B.Tech  students)  chosen  on  the  random  basis  from  a  private  technical  educational institution  in  NCR,  Haryana.  For  data  analysis  and  conclusion  of  the  results  of  the survey, statistical tool like correlation was performed on MS Excel. From the results we can  infer  the  following:  Firstly  “selection  process”  is  poorly  influential  factor  on “academic  excellence”.  The  “selection  process”  is  negligibly  influential  factor  for "infrastructure”, “personality development & industry exposure”,  and “management & administration”.  Secondly  “academic  excellence”  is  negligibly  influential  factor  on “infrastructure”  and  “management  &  administration”.  The  “academic  excellence”  is poorly  influential  factor  on  “personality  development  &  industry  exposure”.  Thirdly “infrastructure” is negligibly  influential  factor on “personality development & industry exposure” and “management & administration”. And lastly “personality development & industry exposure” is moderately influential factor on “management & administration”.
