The objective of the study is to examine the current education system present in private technical education institutions and to find out ways for quality improvements in education system. The research is a descriptive type of research in nature. The data has been collected with the help of Questionnaire Based Survey. The sample size for the study is 500 comprising of the students respondents. The sample has been taken on the random (Probability) basis and the questionnaire was filled by the students (pursuing B.Tech) chosen on the random basis from a private technical educational institution in Haryana, India. For data analysis and conclusion of the results of the survey, statistical tool like factor analysis was performed with the help of high quality software; SPSS. The least preferred aspects of the institution by the students are students admitted have required basic knowledge, students deposit their dues timely, students do not forego the academic activities, students are keen to improve their performance, students come prepared for classes, students follow the rules and regulations of the institute, and toilets for the students are in adequate number.
