Description |
While many would find the terms administration and ethics to be an oxymoron, this column counters this position by proposing that ethics are a part of being a good administrator. However, ethics from the decision making perspective are different for administrators. Additionally, one may have to engage in a different way to provide transparency for others to understand what ethical conduct means for those in a titled leadership role.
