The article is focused on acts of currency risk due to its significant role in the development of the financial function of modern enterprise and development of its trade relations. The disclosure of the nature of this specific type of risk creates conditions to consider the technology of its inspection, to look for indicators for its early diagnosis, and especially to seek alternatives for establishing a mechanism to limit its development and prevention of unacceptable deviations. The defined objective and tasks derived by it prejudge the application of predominantly analytical methods.Key words: currency risk, factor system, analysis, control
