Description The article is devoted to one aspect in the field of management - the development of management science and practice in modern conditions. Object of analysis and evaluation are some fragmentary aspects of thesis on the architectonic concept and the new paradigm of management. The specific features in the development of management are outlined, and it is argued that the mechanical transfer into practice, without first carefully to be analyzed perceptions of reality, evaluated and adapted with clear formulations according to the specific and particular characteristics and needs of firms and national economy as a whole, would not have success. New horizons and requirements to architectonics of management are discussed with the presumption that this can trigger ideas and offer samples which could be implemented by creative thinking and unconventional acting managers. So they could implement the borrowed "outside" new paradigm of management and to meet the challenges of the XXI century. Finally, studies are presented and relevant conclusions are made about the guidelines for development of managerial education and science in perspective. It is argued that the requirements for the science and practice of management and managers are mainly directed towards flexibility; human capital development, incl. on the basis of a new, non-linear thinking and new technology, artificial intelligence, using a wide range of qualifications and options for career advancement; the creation, dissemination and use of knowledge; development of key competencies in the context of the provision.
