Description How, why and under what circumstances, firm respond to supply chain disruptions? These are the questions, which firms all over the world are rapidly exposed to interruptions that delay their supply chain relationships and related operations. This study applies information processing and resource dependence perspectives and to develop and test a model that express the conduct of the different responses. We use questioner and observation in data collection .Samples are selected from two firms. Data is collected from 50 respondents. Hypotheses 2,4 and 5 are accepted in research. Descriptive statistics is applied in data analysis. Strong coordination in relationship of supply chain increase the profitability and market share, decrease inventory handling costs and make competitively strong. Poor coordination could affect performance of partners in chain of supplies. Supply chain disruption orientation leads towards motivation to act in order to attain stability motive.
