This study aims at measuring service quality in the private dental clinics in Buraydah city. Thestudy developed a measuring tool based on SERVQAUL model. The study was performed on a sample sizeof 121 dental patients. The study concluded that the patients’ quality expectations towards the private dentalclinics were greater than their perception assessment of the actual level towards the services they receivedfrom these clinics, which caused an existing gap between the expected service quality and the perceived one.Keywords: Service Quality, Servqual, Dentistry Services, Customer Satisfaction
