Description The main purpose of this research is to test the relationship among practices of supply chain management. This research paper contributes to literature of supply chain management by finding a structural model combining the relationships among external customers firm‟s suppliers incorporation. To understand the relationships between the practices and performance of firm, this research follows four internal factors which are: Human resource management, Quality data and reporting, Design management and Process management. Moreover structural model was constructed by combining internal supply chain management and firm performance. The data was collected from Textile industries of Pakistan where firms are facing high competition and use supply chain management for the purpose of retaining their competitive advantages. The findings of this research paper show that internal contextual factors have positive impact on firm performance. The paper shows empirical proves on the relationship among supply chain management practices and how they affect different levels of performance of firm. This provides strategic insights on relationship between practices of SCM and performance of firm.KEY WORDS: Supply chain management, Customer focus, Human resource management and quality data and reporting
