Description The purpose of this research is to develop perspectives and a strategic plan of Isfahan’s sport organization for a five-year period from 2011until 2015.The research is of quantities and quality type. Statistical Sample includes 150 senior and middle managers. For gathering the required information in the quantitative section, the validity of which was confirmed by experts. The interview technique was used in qualitative section. The strategic position & action evaluation (SPACE) matrix and the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) were used to analysis the required information in the quantities section. The logical induction method was used in the qualitative section. Findings showed that the Isfahan's sport organization had 5 long term goals and 5 grand strategies. Sport for all is the first goal in developing of strategic sport planning, while the position of the Isfahan's sport organization strategies was placed in an aggressive position according to QSPM, it may be included at the end that may be concluded that the perspectives, goals and the organized strategic map  has the capacity to execute the strategies.
