Description This research study looks at the impact of HRM practices on organizational performance in hotel industry on Pakistan. For this study, 150 employees from different hotel were asked questions about Training, performance appraisal, salary and benefits, promotion practices, employee motivation and organizational performance. When the surveys were completed and returned, the data was entered into SPSS for analysis.  Several tests were run on the data, and significant findings were present. The finding shows all variable like Training, performance appraisal, salary and benefits, promotion practices, employee motivation and organizational performance have mutually relationship with each other. Regression analysis shows that their Training, performance appraisal, salary and benefits, promotion practices and employee motivation has positive and significance relationship with organizational performance.
