| Description |
The paper characterizes the technical infrastructure and its role in local development processes. Theoretical deliberations are broadened by the case study of Terespol county. The study examines actions taken by local authorities in the area of the technical infrastructure development. The discussion includes the summary of opinions of county council members about the selected issues related to the county technical infrastructure development. The purpose of the diagnostic survey was the collection of council members opinions about the level of infrastructure development, infrastructure role in county development, and selected problems and priorities in infrastructure development in Terespol county.
Celem opracowania jest charakterystyka infrastruktury technicznej oraz jej roli w rozwoju lokalnym. Rozważania teoretyczne uzupełniono o studium przypadku gminy Terespol, w odniesieniu do której scharakteryzowano działania podejmowane przez samorząd terytorialny w zakresie rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej. Zaprezentowano także opinie radnych dotyczące wybranych zagadnień związanych z rolą infrastruktury w rozwoju gminy. Celem badań z wykorzystaniem metody sondażu diagnostycznego było zebranie opinii radnych na temat poziomu rozwoju elementów infrastruktury technicznej, roli infrastruktury technicznej w rozwoju gminy oraz poglądów na temat wybranych problemów i priorytetów rozwoju infrastruktury technicznej w gminie Terespol. |
