Description It is important for companies to make optimal use of economic opportunities in the global community. Supply chain management has an essential role in the survival and continuity of successful supply chain activities in competitive markets. In order to succeed performance, there are many variables involved in supply chain management. For this reason to prevent fragmentation of responsibility and inconsistencies in supply chain technology, supply chain integration has been proposed. The supply chain has a multidimensional structure which through focusing on the integration of all processes of sourcing, production and distribution tries to deliver the finished products to customers on time. Supply chain operation is a function including many variables that are correlated with each other. The main objective of the supply chain is to optimize the whole chain due to dynamic performance till any change will be reflected the same. This paper provides a framework for integrating supply chain management. Through technological advances and subsequent partnership with various companies in the supply chain and developing internal, intermediate and external relationships in organization, a new form of global business is created. In fact, companies in order to avoid the existing problems turn to the supply chain integration strategy. Supply chain integration strategy is used to improve supply chain performance and ultimately to create a competitive advantage for company and it makes the supply chain more effective and efficient.
