Subject and purpose of work: The subject of the work was the issue related to development of technical infrastructure. The aim of the work was to identify the differences in the scope of development of the selected elements of technical infrastructure at the level of poviats of the Masovian voivodeship.Materials and methods: To create the ranking of poviats multi-dimensional statistical methods were used. Three research methods were used, that is: Czekanowski’s diagram, Hellwig’s measurement andk-mean method. Data which served for the analysis were obtained from Local Database for the year 2012.Results: It was noted that within the Masovian voivodeship areas characterized with higher level of infrastructure development occur, which are above all the poviats located in the central part of the voivodeship, mainly around the largest cities of the voivodeship. Areas with weak infrastructural investments are above all poviats located in the southern area of the region, typically agricultural ones.Conclusions: Basic conclusion which stems from the work indicates that availability of drainage infrastructure is not sufficient in all the poviats of the Masovian voivodeship. It was noted that a justification of this state of affairs is the specificity of their location.
Przedmiot i cel pracy: Przedmiotem pracy były zagadnienia związane z rozwojem infrastruktury technicznej. Za cel przyjęto natomiast identyfikację różnic w zakresie rozwoju wybranych elementówinfrastruktury technicznej na poziomie powiatów województwa mazowieckiego.Materiały i metody: Do budowy rankingu powiatów zastosowano wielowymiarowe metody statystyczne. Wykorzystano trzy metody badawcze, tj.: diagram Czekanowskiego, miara Hellwiga oraz metoda k – średnich. Dane, które posłużyły do analizy pochodziły z Banku Danych Lokalnych za rok 2012.Wyniki: Stwierdzono, że w województwie mazowieckim występują obszary cechujące się wyższym poziomem rozwoju infrastruktury, są to przede wszystkim powiaty położone w centralnej części województwa,głównie wokół największych miast województwa. Obszary o słabym zainwestowaniu infrastrukturalnym to przede wszystkim powiaty zlokalizowane w południowej części regionu, typowo rolnicze.Wnioski: Podstawowy wniosek płynący z pracy wskazuje, że dostępność do infrastruktury kanalizacyjnej nie we wszystkich powiatach województwa mazowieckiego jest wystarczająca. Stwierdzono, że uzasadnieniem takiego stanu rzeczy jest specyfika renty ich położenia. |
