Corporations have been a model of Newtonian organization, thriving on certainty and predictability. They are hierarchical, with power emanating from the top, and control exercised at every level. Heavily bureaucratic and rule-bound, they are necessarily inflexible and are managed as though the part organizes the whole. This article argues that we are moving away from a Newtonian to a complexity-based system and the insights of modern quantum physics can illuminate our understanding of everyday life-our relationships to ourselves, to others, and to the world. This article offers a new conceptual structure for a fundamental transformation of corporation.
Şirketler, kesinlik ve tahmin edilebilirlik üzerinde gelişerek Newton'cu örgütün bir modeli olmuşlardır. Bu şirketler, gücün en üst seviyeden yayıldığı, her seviyede kontrolün görüldüğü hiyerarşilerdir. Aşırı derecede bürokratik ve kurallarına bağlı olan bu şirketler esnek değillerdir ve bir bölümün bütünü örgütlediği bir yapı ile yönetilirler. Bu makale Newton'cu sistemlerden karmaşık esaslı sistemlere doğru bir yönelimin olduğunu ve modern fiziğin öngörüsünün, bizim günlük yaşam ve ilişkilerimiz, kendimiz, diğerleri ve tüm dünyaya dair anlayışımızı aydınlatabileceğini ileri sürmektedir. Bu makale, şirkette köklü bir dönüşüm için yeni bir kavramsal yapı önermektedir. |
