Description Nowadays learning and teaching organizations and entrepreneurship are essential needs for the survival of organizations.  In this study, in addition to the introduction of learning and teaching organizations’ elements, the inevitable reason for entrepreneurship activity in these organizations were explained together.  Afterwards, new functional concept was suggested for universities based on conceptual framework and structural model all produced through applying Lisrel Software using maximum likelihood method. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population included 1270 individuals of academic faculty members of the West Azerbaijan State Universities.  Among four universities, 410 individuals were selected through applying ratio stratified random sampling. Three questionnaires were used to collect data. To analyze the obtained data, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression for analysis were used. To check the validity of used questionnaires, confirmatory factor analysis was applied. The Result indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship between learning and teaching organizations and entrepreneurship.  Along with these findings, some key practical suggestions were proposed.
