Description The reason to conduct this research is to integrate the Stress, Emotional intelligence and its impact on the Employee’s performance. Does Stress have a negative or positive impact on employee’s performance or employee performs well in stress. On the other hand either employee has the abilities to understand the behavior of other employees or not. Results elaborate that Stress does not has effect on employee’s performance positively. And emotional intelligence has positive impact on employee’s performance and it is directly related with each other. As the ability of understanding the emotions of boss or subordinates employee perform better and efficiently.
